great service but a noisy room

The staff were incredibly attentive and prompt in meeting our needs during our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere.

The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times.

We checked out the Guinness Storehouse and Croke Park, which were both awesome experiences. The hotel was super comfy, with spacious rooms and great dining options. They were really accommodating when we needed extra towels. Just a short walk to everything fun!

One hiccup was the check-in process. the staff shouted about payment errors at breakfast, which was pretty embarrassing. They could improve on discretion in handling such situations.

The staff went above and beyond, even tracking down my lost cufflinks and leaving them neatly on my desk. Such attentive service made my stay truly memorable.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who genuinely seemed happy to help, and the breakfast was excellent, just what I needed to fuel my explorations of the city. getting to Dublin Castle and the National Museum of Ireland was a breeze, both just a short, pleasant walk away, making it easy to enjoy the city's rich history without any hassle.

For a Mediterranean vibe, you can't beat Isola Mia just down the road – their pasta dishes are fab! The breakfast at Maldron was a treat, with a spread that set us up for the day. Plus, the location made it easy to explore Dublin's culinary delights!

Sadly, the wooden floors in my room (322) were really quite dirty. my feet turned black after a shower! But aside from that, the room itself was quiet, modern, and spacious with immaculate furniture.

Perfect location and comfy stay!

We had a fab time over 2 nights. The room was modern, and the beds? Super comfy! Breakfast was a win. the spread was fantastic. Colin, the breakfast guy, is such a sweetheart, always making us smile. Just a shame the bathroom could've used a bit more attention. Still, we’ll def be back!

We had a wonderful time visiting the Guinness Storehouse, where the kids enjoyed learning about beer brewing and the interactive exhibits. The hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast was quite tasty with comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should improve on their late-night staff attitude. It would be great if they trained them to be more welcoming.

Great location by Temple Bar. Lacked ice for drinks. Would stay again.

Families will love this place

Room 109 was amazing, spacious enough for all of us, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options. I mean, Colin in the breakfast room? What a standout human, always smiling

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but still acceptable for what we got.
